1. General Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
All items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at wayne@dramapapa.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect;

  • The item does not match the description or photos provided on the website;

  • The item is unused and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items not eligible for return or exchange include:

  • Products used, washed, or altered by the customer;

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”;

  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., personal care items, underwear etc.).

3. Return Process

  1. Send an email to wayne@dramapapa.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide a return authorization if approved.

  3. Once authorized, please return the item to the address we provide.

  4. After we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect due to our error.

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

  • If an exchange is requested, we will cover the reshipping fee for the replacement item.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos or videos as evidence.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

7. Legal Compliance

This Return & Exchange Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
