Returns Policy

At BluePulse Tech INC, we want you to love every piece of clothing you wear. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a simple, hassle-free returns process. Please review our policy below.

Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:
In new, unworn condition
With all original tags attached
Accompanied by the original receipt or order number
Note: Final sale items, personalized garments, and swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken) are not eligible for return.

How to Return
Log in to your BluePulse Tech INC account.
Go to Order History and select the item(s) you wish to return.
Print your free return label and securely package the item.
Drop off the package.
Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your package.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
It may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Exchanges
Prefer a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within the U.S. Select “Exchange” during the return process, and we’ll ship the new item as soon as your return is received.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable method and retain proof of postage. We recommend checking local customs rules to avoid delays.
